Najib's Cabinet lineup was subjected to negative views from many quarters..but what i respected most is Najib's point of view, ie : 'this cabinet is not about ethinicity, this cabinet is the peoples cabinet and will serve everybody'..and ' we have always been thinking within our own ethnic silos and its time now for each and every one of us to think outside the ethnicity silos'...i really hope Najib can come good with his philosophical words...

I think the problem is that our political leaders once placed in the corridors of power failed to have failed to make themselves seen and be seen as leaders of all the people. Obviously, just confining themselves to their own constituencies weekends after weekends would not help their image as true leaders of the people at all.
