Warnings after warnings by the Police and the RTD have been issued to vehicles owner using high intensity headlamps but so far there are still many vehicles owner "immuned" to it as in the case of vehicles using dark windows. How long this "safety campaign"will go on? Will it just "subside" or die out eventually? Till today we can still see cars using these high intensity headlamps and also those with "dark windows" getting away with the law!!. What is worse more cars are custom fitted with the "second headlamps" that really is a "nuisance" to other road users!. Are these "customed fitted"second headlamps" allowed by RTD? Every new car model have it! These "second headlamps" have far worse impact than the "highlight lamps" to other road users.

Anyway, those headlamps can only be detected at night when it's turned on. But our rdblocks r usually in the daytime, and even when it's at night, they know to turn the headlamp off. So, how do u catch them in the act?
lol..country music is my favourite since my school days...Used to have many collections during the cassette era..err..during my bachelor days...now i can only enjoyed country music in my office...my wife and children do not appreciate it.. he he..
